Can I return an item I bought online?

Yes, as long as the item is unused and the tags are still attached and returned to us within 14 days of the date on the packing slip

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns. We recommend using a service such as www.myhermes.co.uk or  www.parcel2go.com for your return.

The refund will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned items providing the returned items are in a resalable condition.

*Please note, we cannot give refunds on items that are unfit for resale and on certain items such as underwear or earrings/jewellery.*

Can I return an item I bought in store?

If you have purchased an item instore you can either exchange the item or have a refund. Sale items may only be refunded at the managers' discretion. 

What do I do if I've received an incorrect/faulty item?

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be more than happy to rectify any mistakes or exchange any faulty items.
